Elaine, Chris and Nicole I wanted you to have permanent record of how we will always remember Bill. Most important is the way he always greeted you and made you feel like you were the most important person and how happy he was to be with you. Then his sense of humor enough said. His smile that just lite his whole face.  Even now I am having a hard time not crying just writing these few words. When ever we hear the name Bill will always think of our Bill. It was quite a shock to hear of Bill's passing., He was one of our favorite customers., Always made us laugh when he came in with some kind of witty comments., Usually about Hank., We will miss him greatly, but he will always be in our memories., Rest in peace Bill.

Elaine, Nicole, and Chris - Words cannot convey how saddened we feel about the passing of Bill.  We thoroughly enjoyed the times we shared at Disney World and we'll miss Bill's friendship, companionship, and his enthusiasm.  We have fond memories of Bill as I know you do too. His larger than life personality will be hard to fill. I know he's looking down and laughing at all of us. I cannot truly convey my sorrow for your loss. Bill was my friend. I could tell him anything. We had good times together working for Verizon. He had all business side when things needed to get done. He also lived to play hard as he worked. I have many memories of rooming with Bill on golf trips and many stories.(cannot tell here). We were separated by a distance but Karen and my boys will never forget the nice things Bill Did for them. God Bless you Bill. I will miss you.

Elaine - Sue and I are so very sorry to hear about Bill's passing.  We are so very glad that we got to see you both is September after John's wedding.  We both will have you and the kids in our thoughts.  Look forward to talking to you soon and hope to see you in January when we are down at Disney again.
