San Jose ~ Bernard Edgar Kinney, son of the late Earl and Adelle Kinney of New York, passed away of complications that he could not overcome. Born in Saratoga Springs, New York, he was a Vietnam veteran and true American hero who always had a place at the table for a veteran. Bernie’s professional career as director of HR was a rich and rewarding experience for many years.
Bernie is survived by his daughter, Teresa Diana Kinney; Gary, his older brother and by Loreen Kinney. He will be greatly missed by his family and longtime friends.
At Bernie’s request, no services will be held. He will be joining his parents at the family cemetery in Waterford, New York.
