

He was born in Los Angeles on May 15, 1912. Dwight graduated from Van Nuys High School, and then attended the University of California at Los Angeles.
He was married to the love of his life, Doris Faye Miller, on April 19, 1938; who predeceased him in 1999 after 61 years of marriage. Dwight and Doris, later known as “Drampa and Dramma”, resided in Los Angeles until their move to the Monterey Peninsula in 1974.
Dwight had a thirty year career with the US Postal Service, and retired at the age of 55: only to start another career in Real Estate shortly prior to moving to the Monterey Peninsula in 1974. He will be missed immeasurably by his family and friends. Drampa is survived by his daughter, Marilyn Buck, and his son Kevin Landon (wife-Edie). He had eight grandchildren; Christian, Matthew (wife-DeAnna), Heather, Landon (wife- Sharon), Alexandria, Taylor, Andrew, and Dillon. He also had seven great-grandchildren; Spencer, Camille, Alexia, Sophia, Adriana, Sydney, and Landon..
Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Paul Mortuary in Pacific Grove, at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 26th. A celebration will be held at the Elks Lodge in Monterey shortly after the burial at San Carlos Cemetery.
