Scarlett Charmaine Bowman was born January 14, 1989 at 1:35 a.m. at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula weighing all of two pounds, eight ounces. She was golden. Her life was cut short on September 3, 2018.
Scarlett’s smile could outshine the sun. She had the bluest eyes. When she sang in the shower, the angels would just sigh and dance in the sky with joy.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Beth Bowman of Pacific Grove; her aunt, Cynthia Ann Bowman and her cousins, Avery, Shayna, Anthony and Amara Starr Bowman. She was preceded in death by her aunt, Cathy Louise Bowman.
