I have great memories of Mayira going back to her childhood days.  Our families were close, and we shared all milestone events, we grew up together.  Mayira's grandparents were my Aunt Marie and Uncle Max.  My sister and I played with Mayira's mother Cyna and Aunt Marsha.  From the time I was young adult we had a close attachment with Mayira's father Buddy.   As an adult, Mayira was my loyal friend, and I was her confident.  She shared with me her triumphs and her tragedies.   My children also grew close to her.  She will be sorely missed.  May her soul be bound up among the bonds of the living.

My deepest condolences to the Yafa/Kavon and Deray families.  My thoughts and prayers are with  you.  May you find comfort in sharing and remembering fond memories with friends and family.
