

He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 60 years, Eileen Sheila Miller, his loving sons and their wives, Eric and Carolyn and Stephen and Traci. He leaves behind his six precious Grandchildren: Jason, Daylin, Danielle, Jamie, Megan and Julie.
He also leaves behind his loving in laws, Nadine, Warren, Harriet and Vivienne along with several loving nieces and nephews and countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him.
He is predeceased by his extraordinary sons Geoffrey and Douglas.
Bob was a military veteran of World War 2 where he served in the US Navy.
The son of Murray and Jenny Siegel, he was born March 29, 1928 and was raised in Manhattan. After graduating early from DeWitt Clinton High School at the age of 16, he joined the United States Navy and served his country.
Bob worked in NYC for several years and met his future wife, Eileen in 1955. They married on Feb 19, 1956. Their first son Geoffrey was born the next year followed by Eric, Stephen and Douglas. They moved to Spring Valley, NY and spent the majority of his career at Members Only; he retired in 1991 and moved to Florida.
Bob was an all-around athlete and an avid sports fan. As a young baseball player he tried out for the NY Giants and also loved to play football in Central Park. Later on, he was an excellent bowler often times averaging over 200 and was an avid golfer highlighted by several holes in one.
He loved his family, had many great friends and was well respected by all. All who knew and loved Bob admired his intellect and wit, and especially his courage in overcoming the obstacles that confronted him.
All will miss him beyond what words can express.
A funeral will be celebrated in his memory in West Palm Beach, FL at the IJ Morris at Star of David on Thursday July 30, 2015 at 2:30 PM. The family will observe Shiva on Thursday following services at the home of Stephen & Traci Miller 11487 Paradise Cove, Wellington FL 33449..
and Friday through Sunday will be from 2PM –9PM
The Shiva will continue at the home of Eileen Miller in Lake Worth 7521 Ladson Terrace, Lake Worth FL on Monday 8/3 through Wed 8/5. The Hours will be 2PM – 8PM.
