Addison Erin Hendricks joined the other angels in Heaven on January 1, 2012. She was born in Webster, TX on September 24, 2011 to the union of Jeremy and Crystal Hendricks. Addison is preceded in death by her grandfather, Aidan Phillips. She is survived by her loving parents, Jeremy Alan Hendricks and Crystal Gayle Phillips-Hendricks. Addison is further survived by her grandparents, Jerri and Dale DeLapp, Robert and Phyllis Hendricks, and Martha and J.C. Robertson; great grandparents, Margaret Hendricks, Ann Sandefur, and Mike and Carolyn Ruth; godparents, Rebecca Prigmore, and Christopher Coxie; uncle, Wesley Phillips and Deianna Copeland; aunts, Gina Johnson, Kristie Robertson and Jason Spears, Katie Robertson, and Jodie Robertson; cousins, Makenna, Brooklyn, Hunter, Bryce, Jacob, Kathleen, Hank, and Kameron; and numerous other extended family members.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, January 6, 2012 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. in The Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home, with funeral services to begin at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Grand View Memorial Park.
Memorial donations in honor of Addison may be made to the American Heart Association, LifeGift, or Texas Children’s Hospital.
