Keith was born in Pasadena, Texas on March 19, 1957. He graduated from Pasadena high school in 1975.
Keith worked the majority of his professional career at Shell Oil Company. He dedicated the remainder of his life to the service of others through volunteer work at the Red Cross, donating plasma, and volunteering at local animal shelters. He also continued to pursue his education, culminating in a criminal justice degree from Hannibal LaGrange University. He enjoyed music and caring for his cats.
Keith is survived by his son, Ryals Parker and his wife Molly; his daughter, Paige Parker; his sister, Sheryl Kapner and her husband Troy; his neice Amber Kronenberger (Jeff) and his nephew Mark Kapner (Myranda) and their children Lilah, Jane, Vera, and Ezra. Keith is also survived by his special cousin, Renee` Welch (William) and their children, Bethany, Courtney, Hannah, and Will (Laura); as well as many other loving family members.
Keith is preceded in death by his father Billy Parker; his mother Barbara Parker; and his brother Mark.
