Charlotte Ann Peters

She was an Executive Secretary at Shell Oil for 20 years. She was a member of various churches in the Deer Park and Pasadena area. She enjoyed playing games (Rummikub), trying lots of new recipes, and spending time with friends and family. You would always find her at the Health Nut on Fridays for lunch with a group of friends. She was a Godly woman full of love with a very giving heart.

She will be greatly missed by her son Chris Rice, daughter Denise Linthicum and husband Brian, granddaughter Caitlyn Parks and husband Cody, grandson Seth Linthicum, brother Jimmie Daily and wife Cherie, niece Cindy Van De Voort, niece Joyce Bray, niece Ivy Jean Skyeagle and husband Bill, niece Camilla Daily, niece Kathy Daily Horton, and various other family members.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, James “J.W.” Peters and various other family members.

Visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505, US, on May 30, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, with a Celebration of Life beginning at 10:00 am. Immediately following, she will be laid to rest at Grand View Memorial Park.
