"Cindi", as she was affectionately known, was born October 31, 1961 in San Antonio, Texas to Rudy and Linda Moreno. She was preceded in death by her father Rudy Moreno Sr., mother Linda Thibodaux, brothers Rudy Moreno Jr., Michael Moreno, and Jesse Quintanilla Jr.
She is survived by David her loving husband of 43 years, son Ryan, daughter Hayle, sister Diana Mayhall, many extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.
While her journey on this earth ended much too soon and has left a void in many of our hearts, she will always be remembered for her love, her faith, and her strength.
We all rest easy knowing she is in the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

For GOD has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love and of a sound mind.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to invite any charitable contributions to be made to the Sewing Seeds of Kindness group at Monument Baptist Church in Deer Park.
