Eloise Coble Copeland, 86, went to be with the Lord on March 6, 2012. Eloise was born in Jackson, Tennessee and married her high school sweetheart, Bill Copeland , in 1943. They moved to Houston in 1948 where she enjoyed the role of a housewife rearing four children; Connie Young, Steve Copeland, Joanna Kinsey and Rebecca Burks. Eloise was married for over 63 years before the death of her husband. She served faithfully as a member of First Baptist Church of South Houston for almost 40 years before moving to First Baptist Church of Pasadena. She is survived by four children, nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two brothers. Eloise loved the Lord and her family. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Friday, March 9, 2012 from 6PM to 8PM at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 3pm at Grand View Funeral Home.
