Mr. Fernando Montemayor, a long time resident of Pasadena, Texas, passed away on April 17, 2011. Mr. Montemayor was a native of Sabinas Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He was born on October 27, 1938, and was a retired employee of the petrochemical industry. He leaves behind a wife of 46 years, Ms. Ignacia (Queney) Garza Montemayor, daughters: Maria Teresa (Mayte) Montemayor, Diana Montemayor Hernandez, Elsa Leticia Montemayor Lopez, and husband Ramiro Lopez and Rosalinda Montemayor and Paul Ruiz, Grandchildren: Eduardo Garcia-wife Brittany Kay Ruiz Garcia, Fernando Garcia-wife Leslie Melissa Tousha-Garcia, J.C. Hernandez, R.J. Lopez, Isa Alessandra Lopez, A.J. Lopez, and Great Grandson Eli Joseph Garcia. The viewings will be held at Grand View Funeral Home in Pasadena, Texas on Thursday April 21, 2011 from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., and Friday April 22, 2011 from 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 5:00PM. The funeral will be held at the same location on Saturday April 23, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. Mr. Fernando Montemayor was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and will be missed by everyone that had the privilege of knowing him.
