Freddie was the eldest of 3 siblings. He attended La Porte ISD and graduated Class of 1990. After graduation, he began his career in oil and gas. On August 24, 1997 he married Suzzette Rainey in League City. Freddie was a member of Journey Church in Calgary, Alberta. Throughout his life, Freddie lived in La Porte, Calgary, and League City.
Freddie never met a stranger. He was loving, loud, funny, and he and his squirrel were always the life of the party. Freddie will be remembered for his caring nature. He was the “give-the-shirt-off-his-back kind of person” and was always available to help in any way possible. Freddie loved riding his Harley Davidson, and just sitting talking, enjoying life.
Among his greatest joys were his marriage, daughters, and his annual trip to the Lone Star Rally. He is preceded in death by his father, Freddie L. Rainey. Freddie is survived by his wife, Suzzette Rainey; daughters, Emily Rainey, McKenzie Rainey; dad, Ronnie Day; mom, Donna Day; sister, Kimberly Duraso; brother-in-law, Wade Duraso; brother, Chad Rainey; dog, Chopper; mother-in-law, Susan Horton; sister-in-law, Angela Horton; nephew, Colton West; niece, Katelyn Smith.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 4:00pm at Neon Moon, 1201 S 16th St. La Porte, TX 77571.
