Henrietta Janelle Hiser passed away in Houston, TX on January 19, 2014. She was born on March 7, 1930 in Erath County, TX to L.J. Jordan and Emily Knight-Jordan. Janelle is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 30 years, Doyle Hiser; brothers, R.D. Jordan, and A.L. Jordan; sisters Earlene Flippin, and Charlene Loveall. She is survived by 1 brother, Duane Jordan; 2 daughters, Patsy Chumas and husband Stanley, Brenda Turk and husband Tony DeBorde; 1 son, Larry Hiser and wife Vicki; 9 grandchildren, Kendal Johnson and wife Lacey, Thomas Johnson, Angela Glaesmann and husband Nick, Jason Arredondo and wife Autumn, Todd Turk, Kelli Ashcraft and husband Tony, Courtney Hiser, Bradley Hiser, and Dustin Willis.
The family will receive friends at Grand View Funeral Home for visitation on Thursday, January 23, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Friday, January 24, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Grand View Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Grand View Memorial Park.
