James “Pops” Creel, 62, of Deer Park, passed away November 10, 2015. He was born in Lufkin, Texas on July 16, 1953. James graduated from Alto High School. He had a career as a heat technician for Texas Stress and had a passion for his grandkids and boats.
He is survived by his sons, Jeromy Creel wife Marissa, JC Creel; grandchildren, Kaydence and Allyson Creel; brothers, George Creel, Charlie Creel, Robert Creel; and sister Bety Sue.
James was loved by his family and friends and will be missed. The family will receive friends for visitation at Grand View Funeral Home on Monday, November 16, 2015 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.
