Jo Anne Jordan passed away on February 18, 2012 in Houston, Texas at the age of 76. She was born on March 15, 1935 in Natches, Mississippi to H.P. and Clem Rushing. Jo Anne is preceded in death by her parents; 2 sons, Calvin and Randy White; 1 brother, Carlton Rushing; and 1 sister, Margie Baroni. She is surivived by her husband of 42 years, Samuel Jordan; 1 daughter, Melissa Harrison; 2 sons, Douglas White, and Roger Jordan and his wife Kim; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Jeannette and her husband Roy, and Rose and her husband Bob.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, February 20, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. Graveside services will take place on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery 8701 Almeda Genoa Houston, Texas 77075.
