Joseph Samuel Fox, 56, passed away on September 18, 2012 in Houston, Texas. He was born on July 18, 1956 in Baltimore, Maryland to Albert Fox and Carolyn Allen. Joseph is preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Allen. He is survived by his father, Albert and step-mother, Sondra Fox; siblings, Debbie Negus and husband Norman, Jim Fox and wife Allison and Alex and husband Miguel Ramos and many nieces and nephews.
