Lawrence Hernandez

He served his country with the United States Army and the United States Marine Corps and was a Proud Veteran. He enjoyed fishing, playing his guitar, singing and listening to jazz and Christian music. He loved working and volunteering at the Salvation Army. He was also a great handyman and was always working on something. He loved the Lord and is now rejoicing and celebrating in Heaven with a renewed body.

Lawrence is preceded in death by his parents, Pete Hernandez and Geneva Ramos and siblings, Minnie Rodriguez, Lola Padron, Pete Hernandez and Johnny Hernandez.

He is survived by son Lawrence Hernandez, Jr and daughter in law Nicole Hernandez; daughter Lorraine Mesa and Bob Swain; daughter Yolanda Tollett and son in law Robert Tollett; son Timothy Hernandez. Grandchildren; Naomi Mayhall and husband Marcus, Stephanie Carter and husband Justin, Hilary Hewitt, Chloe Hernandez, Cecily Rodriguez and husband Eliezer, Robert Hewitt III and wife Sharmain, Taylor Hernandez and husband Randy Hernandez, Victoria Hernandez, Tomas Mesa III and Lauren Hernandez. Great Grandchildren; Hayden Padilla, Pedro “Petey” Yepez, Noah and Abram Rodriguez and Sophia and Olivia Carter. Sisters; Mary Ruiz, Eva Escarno, Lupe Arrellano, Gloria Rosas and Lisa Arias. Host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He will be missed but we rejoice in knowing that he is in the presence of family members who went before him and welcomed him in heaven with open arms. He will always be our guardian angel.
