Lee was the youngest boy of 5 children. He served his country during the Korean Conflict in the United States Army Infantry. After leaving the service he worked as a truck driver for several companies and then moved to managing operations at a small manufacturing plant. He was an avid hunter and loved baseball.
He is survived by his daughter, Diana Nepveux, and son Terry Manuel with wife Tainia. Lee had 2 grandsons, Brian and Terry Michael Nepveux, 3 great-grandsons, Easton, Colin and Carter, along with his sister, Ruby Fitzgerald and husband, Stephen, and 10 nieces and nephews.
Lee is preceded in death by his parents, Anzley and Daisy Manuel, wife, Mary Jane Manuel, and 3 brothers, Johnny, James, and Harris Manuel.
