Lois Ann Stegall Walter

Lois is a graduate of Pasadena High School and is a long time resident of the Pasadena/Deer Park area. She was a member of Southside Church of Christ and has been a Church of Christ member her entire life. Lois is a retiree of Lyondell, and she enjoyed spending time with the "Space Travelers Camping Club" travelling and camping. Lois adored her family, especially the babies. She was well known for holding and kissing babies. Lois loved cooking for her family, and spending time with them. Her memory will be cherished by those who knew and loved her, she will be deeply missed.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Charles Stegall. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Harvey L. Walter; 3 children, Brenda Armstrong and husband James, Brent Walter and wife Regina, Randy Walter and wife Kimberly; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Doris Hair, Vada Gerfers, Connie Henson; 1 brother, Benny Boyd Stegall and wife Sheryl; as well as a large extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, July 25, 2011 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Southside Church of Christ 4110 Preston Ave. in Pasadena, TX. Interment will follow in Grand View Memorial Park.
