Louis Wesley Wallace, 57, of La Porte, TX went to be the Lord on Friday June 21, 2013 peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Houston, TX on November 16, 1955 to Hillary Louise Elliott and Carson (Cotton) John Wallace who both preceded him in death. Louis graduated high school in 1974 from Pasadena High. Louis worked his entire life and believes that if you did nothing else in life you better at least have a job. He started at a very young age delivering papers on his bike, which he claims he would always put on his resume for previous employment. For the past decade plus he worked as a superintendent for Fabrication & Construction (F&C), which in all honesty was his second family. Not enough can be said about the continuous support his entire F&C Family gave him, especially Trap Walsh, Wayne Woods, and Elli Thibodeaux. His work ethic prevailed through Wednesday June 12, 2013, where he was able to work half a day which meant a lot to him. Louis loved his family, hunting, fishing, and work. Louis is survived by his wife Cynthia Wallace, daughter Brooke Wallace, step daughter Salina Cervantes, step daughter Brionne Boston, sons Dylan and Nathan Wallace, step son Alex Cervantes, Brother John Wallace, daughter in law Michelle Oliver, son in law Johnathan Garza, grand daughters Mikayla Wallace, Alicia and Amaya Garza and many loving cousins and friends. The viewing and funeral service will be at Grand View Funeral Home in Pasadena Texas followed by a burial at Grand View Cemetery. The Viewing will be Monday, June 24, 2013, from 5pm through 8pm. The Funeral Service will be Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at 10 am followed by a graveside service. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.grandviewfunerals.com
