Maria Olga Tello

Maria Olga Tello was a beloved spouse, parent, grandparent, and great grandparent who will be remembered for her kindness, quick wit, brutal honestly, and sense of humor. She worked as a cook for Catholic Fathers at Recreation Church in Houston and worked as a cashier for a privately owned grocery store.

Maria Olga Tello is survived by her spouse of 59 years, Hilario V. Tello Jr.; five children, sons Pete Tello, Jesse Tello, Larry Tello (Melinda Tello), daughter, Sebrina Tello and son Ruben Tello; six grandchildren, Samantha Tello (Eric Wisnosk), Stephanie Tello (Megan Tello), Teresa Chapa (Philip Chapa), Pete Tello Jr. (Michelle Tello), Larry Tello Jr, Nicholas Tello; as well as six great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Arturo and Emilia Ramirez; three brothers, Arturo Ramirez, Ruben Ramirez, Osvaldo Ramirez; and four sisters, Lydia Frias, Elida Balandran, Maragret Wuensche and Evangelina Vera.

Visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home in the Yellow Rose Chapel, located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas, 77505, on December 29, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. A Celebration of Maria's Life will begin at 10:00 am.

Immediately following, she will be laid to rest at Grand View Memorial Park/Bethany Cemetery on December 29, 2025.
