He was born in Sikeston, Missouri on June 3, 1941. He proudly served the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne. He married Susan Buzek on December 13, 1993.
Pete retired from Lubrizol and had a passion for his wife, road trips, Nascar, and the Houston Astros.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Susan Lowe; children, Charles Thompson, Paul and Wendy Lowe, David and Devon Lowe, Nathan and Joy Lowe, Thomas Means, Tiffany and Gabriel Martinez, and Tamera Means; grandchildren, Ginger, Amanda, Cassandra, Shelby, Colton, Avery, Alma, Nevaeh, Gabriel, Ana, and Gianna; one great grandchild, Lacy; siblings, Thomas, Marvin, Roger, Eva, Minnie, Martha, and Betty Sue; and his dog, Ellie Mae.
