Nancy Lee Howard, 68, passed away on January 29, 2013 in Pasadena, TX. She was born on November 21, 1944 in Albuquerque, NM to Willis and Ruth Kelley. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Her loving husband, Jack Howard, sisters, Susan Boyles, Ruth Krueger and Shirley Schneider. She is survived by her son, Jeff Howard and wife Michelle, daughter, Becky Howard, grandchildren, Christofer Howard, Shawn Howard, Katelyn Howard, Chelsie Howard, sister, Loretta Kelley and brother, Tommy Kelley. Nancy loved to spend time with family over a cup of tea and was devoted to taking care of them. She will be dearly missed.
