

Patricia Ann (Kouba) Frantom (Patty) of Pasadena, Texas, passed peacefully on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 17, 1933, in Hamilton, Ohio, and was a longtime resident of Pasadena, Texas.
Patty enjoyed shopping, getting her hair and nails done, makeup, dressing up, traveling, dancing, and spending time with her family. She was the proud owner of Pat_T’s Western Wear and Square Dancing Apparel, where she found joy in helping people look their best while doing what they loved. Patty was also a devoted committee member of the Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo. Above all, she had a deep and special love for her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Toliver Preston Frantom; her daughter, Jean Ann Chitty; father Carl Kouba; her parents, Pearl and Mable Little; and her brothers, Bart Kouba and Richard Kouba.
Patty is survived by her son, Dickie Frantom of Deer Park, Texas; her sister, Gerrie Jones of Richmond, Indiana; grandson, Jeff Chitty and wife Renee of Orange, Texas; granddaughter, Ashley Lee and husband Matt of Deer Park, Texas; great-grandchildren, Zackery Chitty of Houston, Texas, Matthew Chitty of Houston, Texas, Hannah Chitty of Conroe, Texas, and Raelyn Lee of Deer Park, Texas; and one great-great-grandson, Zane Alexander Chitty of Orange, Texas.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Grand View Funeral Home on Monday, September 29, 2025, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by the service beginning at 11:00 a.m. A committal service will follow at Grand View Memorial Park.
