Paula Jane Bethel

Born on March 10, 1948, Paula lived a life rooted in faith, love and devotion to her family.

Paula is survived by the love of her life of 58 years, Terry Bethel, daughter, Amie Bethel, daughter, Jenni Guzman and husband Mark Guzman and her two grandchildren who were her pride and joy, Austen Guzman & Maddie Guzman.She is also survived by her siblings, Dwayne Parrot & wife Martha, Susie Bryant & husband Don.

She was preceded in death by her parents Martel & Ferrol Parrot & her sister Tonya Yeager.

Paula was passionate about teaching 2nd grade at Burnett Elementary for many years. She was a faithful Christian and a devoted member of Creekmont Baptist Church. Her faith guided her life, and she is now at peace, resting in the arms of her Lord and Savior.

Above all else, Paula will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her legacy of faith, love and quiet strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A visitation will be held on January 5, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Grand View Funeral Home, located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505. The funeral service will follow on January 5, 2026, at 10:00 am at the same location.

The committal service will take place on January 5, 2026, at 11:00 am at Grand View Funeral Home & Memorial Park/Bethany Cemetery, 8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505.
