He was born in El Salvador to Catalina Larios and Victoriano Villatoro. He was happily married to Gloria Irma Salazar for 45 years.
He is survived by his wife Gloria Irma Salazar de Villatoro; son Edwin Armando Villatoro, daughter in law Cristina, grandson Landon Jared, granddaughter Ariana Gabriela; daughter Gloria Janet Flores, son in law Alex, granddaughters Stella Maddelyn and Georgina Antonella; brothers Rafael and Leonidas; sisters Dora, Juana, and Reina; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws who he loved as his own family.
A visitation for Pedro will be held Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505. A funeral service will occur Friday, September 22, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505. A committal service will occur Friday, September 22, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505.
Serving as pallbearers are Emerito Rios, Elvis Villatoro, Ulices Villatoro, Rafael Villatoro, Fabio Ferman and Elias Álvarez.
