Ricardo “Ricky” Casas of Pasadena, TX was born March 8, 1964, and went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, July 29, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents Israel & Amelia Casas; sister Amy Gonzales; and brother Robert Casas. He is survived by his daughter, Tarah Almaguer and husband Anthony; son Robert John Smith, stepson Tommy Straughan, five grandchildren whom he adored, and six siblings. A talented carpenter by trade, he always had a smile for you, was an extraordinarily talented guitarist, and loved to cook and enjoy time with his friends. He will be memorialized Monday, August 4, 2014, at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505, at 12:30 p.m.
