Robert Wayne Byars, 88, passed away on September 23, 2017 in Katy, Texas. He was born Novemeber 27, 1928 in Warren, Arkansas to Uell Rhea Byars Sr. and Dorothy Almeda Byars. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, wife Betty Byars, and grandson David Stacey. Robert is survived by loving daughters Patsy Stacey and husband, Vickie Smith and husband, and Debra Byars. Robert is also survived by three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, September, 26 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Grand View Funeral Home. A graveside Celebration of Robert's Life will be Wednesday, September 27 at 10:00AM at Grand View Memorial Park.
