Rolland C. Kuhn

Rolland Carroll Kuhn passed away in his home surrounded by his family and friends in Deer Park, TX on July 5. 2013 at the age of 75. He was born on January 24, 1938 in Winnie, TX to Eva Guidry and Ray Kuhn. Rolland is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Lucy Lee Allen Kuhn, his sisters Dot Johnson and her husband David Ray Johnson and Pattie Price and her daughter Tina Nicole Friend. His daughter Jo Carol Kuhn-Jones and son in-law Johnny Jones and granddaughters Brandy Ellyn Jones and Brittany Lee Jones and his son Ray Lee Kuhn and grandsons Dylan Allen Kuhn and Ryan Bradley Kuhn.

Rolland was a loving and devoted family man. During his life he was in the Air Force which allowed him to begin his travel around the world. When he married his wife Lucy in 1959 he continued to travel the world with his family in tow. He was hard working jack of all trades man, he worked many different professions, always with passion and pride. His biggest passion was his family. He was a devoted doting husband who loved his wife with his whole heart.

The family will receive friends for visitation at Grand View Funeral Home on Monday July 8, 2013 from 5:00 - 7:00pm. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 10:00am in the chapel of Grand View Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Grand View Memorial Park.
