Sandy Ray Hartis Bricker, 42, passed away June 25, 2014. Her final days were spent surrounded by the love and compassion of her family and friends. She was born in Baytown, Texas on November 29, 1971 to Ronald David and Janie Ruth Hartis.
Although her body begged to surrender, her determined spirit was fighting to hold on just a few more hours as her son raced to be by her side. As a true testament of a mother’s love, and by the grace of God, she and her two precious children were able to be together. Hours later, embraced by her mother and cherished soul mate, Perry John Lewis, she peacefully ascended to Heaven. Sandy was preceded in death by her father, Ronald David Hartis of Baytown, Texas.
Sandy is survived by her two children, son Bruce Arden Bricker, Jr. of Casper, Wyoming and daughter Pamela Renee Bricker of Fort Worth, Texas; mother and step-father Janie and Ronnie Galloway of Highlands, Texas; sisters and their husbands, Beckey and Mark Pritchett of La Porte, Texas; Janie and Nickolas Dixon of Highlands, Texas; Bruce Arden Bricker, father of their two children, of Casper, Wyoming; and many beloved uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
