Virginia Florence Elliott passed away in Pasadena, Texas on September 25, 2011 at the age of 83. She was born on December 27, 1927 in Brown County, Texas to Walter Eugene Long and Ethel Montgomery-Long. Virginia is preceded in death by her parents; 1 sister, Gladys Kemmitz; 3 brothers, Everett, Clifton, and Noal Long. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, James L. Elliott; 1 son, Alan L. Elliott; 1 daughter, Marlene Lauderdale; 2 grandchildren, Amy Bouvier, and Anna Brown; 4 great grandchildren, Riley and Grace Bouvier, Cade and Macy Brown. She is also survived by other loving extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, September 30, 2011 at Grand View Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. in The Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home,
with interment to take place in Grand View Memorial Park.
