My condolences to you Carrie and your family.   I was one of Craigs patients.  I spents 5 months in a hospital    I now have a prosthetic lower right leg   I came home in June of 2022.  Thats when I met Craig  He was big influence on me   The positive thinking ,talking about family, Talking about baseball  ( I’m rooting for the Orioles now lol!).  One day I mentioned I wasn’t feeling so good and  didn’t feel like a workout was in order.   Thats when he pulled of his shirt and showed me his scares and his story. He said if I can do this I know you  are a great athelete you can do it.   He didn’t even tell any of his other employees what he was going through!   Craig instantly became my inspiration and will to continue to be on my way back to a normal life.  I was so blessed to have him come into my life.   Yu’all are blessed to have him for many years   I will never forget the great things he said about you Carrie and his kids.     Yes grieve for Craig but always know his influences he installed into others. Helives on.       Larry Wilson

Craig was a kind, caring person who always had a smile on his face and never complained. He worked for Abundant Health Care for the past 21 years on a part time basis. The staff and the patients loved him.  I know Craig loved the Lord and I have no doubt he is now rejoicing in the streets of gold in the presence of our savior.  Until we meet again, my friend! 

I will always appreciate Craig's willingness to live near our family after he and Carrie married. One of my fondness memories of Craig was his incredible happiness and pride when his children were born.  He genuinely cared for my daughter and grandchildren.  He was always generous with his time, attention and caring for their needs. This attitude of caring extended very naturally to his friends, co-workers and patients.
I will always be graceful for the care he extended to me and Carrie during Linda's illness.  His care extended beyond the role of son-in-law/family member to one of physical expertise, counseling and navigating our family through a painful time.

Craig was a Giant in my eyes.  Despite facing an uphill battle in his life, his speech was always positive, uplifting, and motivating.  He understood that our words impact our mindset and our mindset impacts our habits which will lead to a better life.

Rather than complain he chose to focus on problem-solving tasks
and was always proactive.

He always thought of others by asking them how they were
doing and looking at ways he could be of service to others.  He was also kind like the time he said my substandard brisket was good.   I knew it wasn’t, but he smiled, ate it, and thanked me anyway.

You learn from some people by listening to their words but Craig wasn’t like that. Although Craig gave me some words of wisdom I will cherish forever, his greatest teachings came from observing how he would conduct himself.  Simply put, he was a true leader one who leads by example. 

He demonstrated persistence, intentionality, discipline,
consistency, individual responsibility, and love.

I am a better father and husband because my path crossed
this Great Man.  Thank you, Craig and his family, Godspeed.


I am an RN and had the privilege of working with Craig thru Abundant Healthcare years ago. He was always professional, gracious and very kind and always took time out to take report for “ONE MORE PATIENT”.  He was adored by his patients and their families. Years later, I ran into Craig when he got sick and saw him frequently when he went for treatment. He was the same kind, thoughtful man who would always  greet people pleasantly no matter how he felt. He will be sorely missed but not soon forgotten. May God Almighty bless him and his family.
