Esperanza Torres Zermeno

Esperanza Torres Zermeno, age 73, of Edinburg, Texas, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Monday October 4, 2021. Esperanza was born February 14, 1948 in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico to Aniceto Torres and Teresa Zermeno Torres.

Esperanza is proceeded in death by her parents; Aniceto and Teresa Torres, her son; Abel Torres and two sisters Francisca and Maria Luisa Torres Zermeno.

She is survived by her children; Francisco Javier Torres (Gabriela), Claudia Del Rosario Torres Marquez (Jesus), Maria Del Rosario Torres, 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Esperanza was also survived by 6 siblings; Esteban Torres Zermeno, Maria Eleazar Torres Zermeno, Marcelino Torres Zermeno, Jose Torres Zermeno, Maria Del Socorro Torres Zermeno and Jesus Torres Zermeno.

A visitation for Esperanza will be held Monday, October 11, 2021 from 4-9 PM and a Rosary at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr, Texas. A chapel service will be held Tuesday October 12, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. A burial will follow at 1:00 PM at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
