Gabriel Moreno

Throughout his life, Gabriel wore many hats—serving proudly as a sailor in the U.S. Navy, working as a store manager, youth pastor, little league baseball coach, and most recently, as Manager of Business Field Services at AT&T. Yet, the role he cherished most was that of husband and father.

Gabriel is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Yvette Aileen Moreno, and his three children, whom he loved deeply: Isaiah Andres Moreno, Idalia Alyssa Moreno, and Elijah Marcus Moreno. He also leaves behind his devoted parents, Epifanio and Ma. Esperanza Moreno; his siblings, Deyanira Moreno (Luis Enrique Constantino Moreno), Maricela Moreno (his “twin”), Oscar Moreno, and Jorge Moreno; and his in-laws, Jesus and Lucia Martinez, and Misael Martinez. He is also remembered fondly by his nieces, a nephew, countless cousins, and extended family.

Gabriel had a remarkable ability to solve problems and thrive in every role he embraced. Above all, he was a loving family man whose legacy will live on in his children and in the many lives he touched through his kindness, leadership, and unwavering faith.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a Christian service at 7:00 PM, at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 8:00 AM, followed by a Christian service at 9:30 AM. Burial will take place at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
