

Karla will forever be remembered for her ability to whip up the most mouthwatering breakfast dishes. Her children often woke up to the tantalizing aroma of pancakes, eggs, and bacon, all lovingly prepared by their mother. A woman of deep faith, Karla's strong Christian beliefs guided her actions and shaped her character. She found solace and strength in her close relationship with God, which she passed on to her children, teaching them the values of love, compassion, and forgiveness. Her unwavering faith brought her comfort in times of adversity and inspired those around her.
Karla's zest for life was evident in her dedication to always looking her best. She believed that embracing one's appearance was not vanity but a celebration of self-worth and confidence. Whether it was a casual outing or a special occasion, Karla always took the time to carefully select her attire, ensuring that she exuded elegance and grace wherever she went. Never one to shy away from joy, Karla found immense pleasure in dancing in the rain. She possessed an infectious spirit that embraced the simple pleasures of life and refused to let anything dampen her spirit. Karla shared an extraordinary bond with her mother, Gudelia, who was not only her parent but also her best friend. Their relationship was characterized by unconditional love, unwavering support, and shared laughter. Karla found comfort in the guidance and wisdom imparted by her dear mother, and their unbreakable bond will forever live on in the hearts of those who love them.
In celebration of her colorful personality, the family kindly asks that black be avoided. But suggest church attire and bright colors. Let us come together to celebrate her life in a manner that reflects her love, brightness, and joy.
She is survived by her mother, Gudelia Martinez Guzman; four children, Karina Tovar, Aaron Tovar, Karolina Tovar, Kamila Diaz; four siblings, Daniel Martinez, Rafael Lopez, Barbara Garza, Patricia Lopez Hawes and many family and friends.
Karla is preceded in death by her dad, Francisco De Alejandro; her grandparents, Juanita Guzman and Rafael Martinez.
A viewing for Karla will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 11am to 4pm at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley with a prayer service at 2pm.
