Maria del Rosario Sanchez, 61, left to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at her residence in Pharr. She was born to Jose Fernando & Angelica Osornia on October 22, 1956 in San Juan, Texas. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Francisco Sanchez and her children: Felisa (Omar Martinez) Castaneda and Omar (Veronica Reyes) Castaneda. She will also be greatly missed by her grandchildren: Lizette Martinez, Omar J. Martinez, Mischa Castaneda, Nathan Ruiz, Fabian Ruiz, Nathan Reyes and her siblings: Emilio (Bertha) Osornia, Fernando (Norma) Osornia, Leticia (Hilario) Alvarado and Maria Teresa (Santiago) Barraza. Family will receive friends Monday, February 12, 2018 from 1 pm to 9 pm with a prayer service at 7 pm at Palm Valley Funeral Home in Pharr. Chapel service will be held at 9 am, Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Palm Valley Funeral Home in Pharr. Interment will follow to Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palm Valley Funeral Home of Pharr.
