Oralia de Leon

Born in Pharr, Texas, Oralia was known for her deep love of family and tradition. She cherished spending quality time with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Her beloved chihuahua, Chiquita, was always by her side.

Oralia was a strong woman who led with discipline, but always with love. She raised her only daughter with devotion and instilled in her the traditional values that defined her character. Known for her blunt honesty and unwavering work ethic, Oralia also had a golden heart that touched everyone she met. To her daughter, she was more than a mother—she was a best friend, a guide, and the other half of her soul.

She is survived by her daughter, Maribel (Eric) Garza; her three grandchildren, Sabrina (Martin) Aguilar, Eric (Tarashea) Garza, Jr., Deric (Kayla) Garza; two grand-children.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a service at 7:00 p.m., at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr, Texas.

Funeral services are under the direction of Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr.
