A visitation for Oscar will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley, Pharr, TX with a rosary being recited on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 7:00 PM, Pharr, TX. A chapel service will occur Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 12:00 PM, Pharr, TX. A burial will occur Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens, Pharr, TX.
