

Ricardo was a caring brother, son and proud veteran that served his country in the United States Army. He loved to spend time with his family and friends. His pastimes also included singing, playing the guitar and dancing. Ricardo also had a passion for 18 wheelers and was dedicated to his occupation as a truck driver.
Simply stated, Ricardo was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by his family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives.
Ricardo is survived by his loving family which include his daughter, Deborah Guajardo; 4 grandchildren; siblings, Guadalupe Calderon(Ruben), Eulogio Guajardo Jr.(Olivia), Maria De La Luz Guajardo, Juanita McCormick(John), Amalia Mendoza(Mario), Aracelia Guajardo, and Luisa Ramos(Benito), as well as several extended family and friends.
Ricardo is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Eulogio and Juanita Guajardo and sister, Angelica Kelso.
A visitation for Ricardo will be held Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley with a rosary being recited at 6:00 PM. A funeral mass will occur Friday, November 20, 2020 at 9:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in San Juan, with interment to follow at 11:00 AM at Rio Grande Veterans Cemetery in Mission, Texas.
