Urbano was a man of few words, but "I love you" was never left unspoken. He always took the time to say it and let his actions show it. Through warm hugs, steady support, and a constant willingness to help. A loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he never hesitated to go above and beyond for those he loved.
Known affectionately by family and friends as “Mr. MacGyver,” Urbano had a remarkable ability to fix just about anything. His hands were always at work, and his heart was always open to those in need. He was a faithful man of God who served his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, with humility and dedication.
Urbano is survived by his beloved wife, Yolanda Morin; his children, Leticia Dominguez (Will), Linda Morin, and Danny Morin; his grandchildren, Isaac James Dominguez, Liam Ezekiel Dominguez, Misael Isaias Morin (Ale), Lynnette Marie Lopez, and Lynzey Renee Lopez; and his cherished great-grandchild, Phoebe Minnie Ozuna.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Urbano Morin Sr. and Eva Morin; his sister, Elena Gutierrez; and his brother, Carlos Morin.
A visitation will be held on December 23, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley, located at 4607 North Sugar Road, Pharr, TX 78577.
Urbano Morin Jr. will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his helping hands, and the enduring love he gave so freely to all who were blessed to know him.
Today, he is at peace, soaring on eagle’s wings.
