Addison Jean Richard, infant daughter of Mark and Cheryl Renfroe Richard of Phenix City, Alabama, died Wednesday August 24, 2011 in Columbus, GA. Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00am Saturday August 27th at Lakeview Memory Gardens.
Addison is preceded in death by her grandmother, Jean T. Richard and grandfather, Paul Simmons
Other than her parents Addison is survived by her brother, Justin Renfroe, paternal grandfather, Roy Richard of Phenix City and maternal grandparents, Mary and Michael Skinner of Columbus, Ga., great grandparents, Jim and Barbara Morgan of Phenix City, G.T. and Betty Simmons of Phenix City, aunts, uncles and cousins.
