She was preceded in death by her daddy, Daniel Pope, mother, Dena Walden, her husband, Donald Sauls, daughter, Barbara Jean Sauls Charles, grandson, Joshua Doak and her brother, David Pope.
She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.
Survivors include, daughter, Laurie Sauls Adams, brother, Gary Pope, sisters, Patricia Henderson, and Brenda Hinson, grandson, Michael Forbes, granddaughters, Kayla Forbes Turberville, Meagan Aughtmon, and Morgan Charles and four great-grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed by many family and friends.
A visitation for family and friends for Barbara Diane will be held Sunday, August 22, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. A celebration of life funeral service will occur Monday, August 23, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary.
