Betty Wragg

A visitation for family and friends for Betty will be held Monday, June 9, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. Following the visitation for family and friends will be a celebration of life graveside funeral service at 2:00 PM at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 3800 Hwy 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867 with Pastor Kenneth Wilcox officiating.

Mrs. Wragg was born December 20, 1935 in Phenix City, Alabama; daughter of the late Henry Franklin Busby and Unis May Watson Busby. She was retired from the Muscogee County School District and was a member of the Christian Biblical Church of God.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Day, Jr.

Survivors include her son, Luther Wragg, daughters Luneal Davis and husband, Ray Davis all of Phenix City and Elizabeth Bailey and husband, Ronald Bailey of Crawford, AL; six grandchildren, many great grandchildren including one on the way, numerous nieces and nephews.
