Chuck was not only my colleague but a good friend as well. Chuck and I began working together nearly 15 years ago and from the very beginning I admired his work ethic, his sense of humor and his distinctive southern drawl. No one was better at his job than Chuck; his dedication and professionalism were second to none. Chuck and I spoke on the phone on a number of occasions, some of those calls were business related and others were as friends. I miss both types. May God bless Chuck, his family and my deepest and sincerest sympathies to all who knew and loved him.

I worked with Chuck on many tests at Fort Benning during the early and mid-2000s.  He was always ready to go whether we were getting started at 0700 or 2330.  No one worked harder than Chuck Bonnett.

We will miss you my friend. Thank you for your service to our nation. Until we meet again.

Daddy, what can I say there are not enough words to describe you.. you are the greatest man ,my hero, you were a great provider and family man. You are missed by so many ...I love and miss you so much. Your daughter Natalie

I worked with Chuck since I first began work at Fort Benning, about 20 years ago.  He was an expert at his job-- that became quickly apparent.  But more important were his other qualities -- his love of family, his loyalty to friends, his sense of morality, and his sense of humor, which was often needed to survive project challenges.  My sincerest deep condolences to his family.   


Chuck was a co-worker, a mentor, a teammate and a great friend. Going on a test will never be the same again. I will miss him a lot.
