A visitation for family and friends for Fraser will be held Monday, March 11, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary - Phenix City, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. Following the visitation for family and friends will be a graveside funeral service with military honors at 1:30 PM at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery, 553 Hwy 165, Fort Mitchell, AL.
