James Edward Heilmeyer, 61 of Montgomery, Alabama died Sunday April 27, 2014 at his home. A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday May 3, 2014 in Lakewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby, Phenix City, AL with Pastor Raymond Wetzel officiating.
Mr. Heilmeyer was born December 31, 1952 in Phenix City, Alabama. He is the son of George A. Heilmeyer, Sr. of Gary, Indiana and Mable Louise Walls Miller of Phenix City, Alabama.
Other survivors include his siblings, Steve Andrew Heilmeyer (Deceased), Sandra and Rodney Jernigan (Deceased); Summer and Jacie. Earl Wayne Miller (Cathy), Kristie Miller, Alan Wayne Miller, Holly Miller, Justin Miller and Savannah McClendon. Barbara Louise Miller Borger, Rachel and James Tucker; Cheyenne and Kylie. Linda Faye Miller Klein; John Anthony Miller, Lisa Marie Miller, John Anthony Miller II, Misty Dawn Widgeon and Lila Harloe Carroll. George Heilmeyer, Jr. (Helene).
