Visitation for Johnny will be held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary in Phenix City, Alabama on Monday, December 17, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 PM in Lakewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary. A burial will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens, Phenix City, Alabama.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Glyndia Smith; son Randy F. Smith; and daughter Melinda Carter; grandchildren, Kristofer Carter, Joshua Carter and Cory Carter; great grandchildren, Kolby Carter, Karson Carter, Zack Carter, Randy Smith and Hunter Smith; and his brother Roger D. Smith.
