Louise Kyte

Louise Kyte, 85 of Pittsview, Alabama passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013 at the Columbus Hospice House. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 14, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. EST at Pittsview Baptist Church with Dr. David Howle officiating. Burial will follow in Pittsview Cemetery according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Hwy 431/280 N., Phenix City, AL. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. EST at the funeral home.

Mrs. Kyte was born July 12, 1927 in Coffee County, Alabama; daughter of the late George and Thelma Harrison Wise. She was self-employed with P&L Cleaning Company. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Pat Kyte and grandchild Danny Danielson.

Survivors include her daughters Linda Martin of Phenix City, AL, Patsy Prescott and husband Henry of Pittsview, AL, grandchildren, Lisa Martin of Pittsview, AL, Randy Martin and wife Lisa of Phenix City, AL, Johnny Prescott of Pittsview, AL, Tracy Nobles and husband Robby of Phenix City, AL, Frances Neubill of Pittsview, AL, sisters, Voncile Dean of Pittsview, AL, Patricia Thurlow of Panama City, FL, brothers Paul Wise of Opp, AL and Tad Wise of Elba, AL, six great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
