Mary Ann Dixon, 57 of Phenix City, Alabama died Saturday September 12, 2015 at her home. A graveside funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Danny Courtney officiating, according to Striffler-Hamby, Phenix City, AL. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the service.
Mrs. Dixon was born September 30, 1957 in Germany; daughter of the late Robert Hughes and Maria Zang Hughes of Phenix City, AL. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, James Byron Dixon.
Other than her mother, she is survived by her sons, John Dixon (Amy) , Daniel Dixon (Natalie), brothers, William W. "Billy" Hughes and Jimmy W. Hughes all of Phenix City, AL; sister, Patricia Ann Hinkle of Florida, four grandchildren, Brooklin, Taylor, Haleigh and Ethan.
